My name is Betty. I am
a retired schoolteacher. I live nearby and have recently become more involved
in politics because my son is severely disabled and the Medicaid he depends on
is threatened by Republicans. I have joined a group called Indivisible
Winchester and we are volunteering to encourage more Democratic and progressive
voters in House of Delegates District 29 to participate in the November
election. I would very much like to chat with you about why this election is so
