A good fish to consume



Hello guys, this is the chance i want share you about what fish we should consume? So that our body can be health. Guys, we know that everyday we never forget to consume fish but sometimes that we forget what fish that very important in our body, Okay Let’s to understand my blog.
According to A Health Heart United States Foundation said that adults to consume at least 2 portions of fish weight 3.5 ounces every week, to reduce the risk of heart disease. As is known that fish is a source of food rich in protein, vitamin D and essential fatty acids omega-3 is important for the health of the body. However, indeed some fish species are known to contain high levels of contaminants, such as mercury compounds.



There are seven  fishs that you should consume according to A Health Heart United States Foundation : 

     1. Salmon

As we known salmon is a type of fatty fish and has a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. According to the US Department of Agriculture, a 4-ounce portion of salmon contains between 1,200 and 2,400 milligrams of EPA and DHA, two types of omega-3 fatty acids that play an important role in cognitive function and brain development children. Salmon fish are also classified as fish that are low in mercury metals.

   




  2. Tuna

If you want fish that have omega-3 fatty acids and low mercury, you should try a delicious dish of a tuna can. You can also consume albacore tuna, but should be limited to 6 ounces every week.

 

 

   

    3. Sarden

   if you buy sardines in packaged form, look for the packagedsardines labeled 'without salt' on the pack. Sardines are a very good source because they have a low enough protein and mercury amount, which is also beneficial to reduce the risk of heart disease. Heart Association in the United States states that sardines are one variety of marine products that have high nutrition. Omega-3 fatty acids contained in a piece of sardines are able to keep the heart healthy and lower blood pressure.

     4.Catfish

   Although it does not contain many omega-3 fatty acids as well as types of fatty fish, lele contain at least the benefits of a type of omega-3. And, according to Heart Association in the United States states Lele can be  a good choice to consume.

     5.Squid 

   Squid is a source of seafood rich in protein, omega-3, copper, zinc, vitamin B and iodine. The copper content of squid is good for body absorption, storage and metabolism of iron and the formation of red blood cells.

 

6.Crab
    Crab have a high content of sodium, so you do not need to add salt when cooking. Crabs are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and also contain many healthy proteins.

7.Shrimp

   Shrimp is a high source of food vitamin B12 needed for cell division and selenium minerals that have properties to protect and support the function of the immune system and thyroid function.
