“SEVEN THINGS THAT YOU SHOULD DO EVERYDAY”



Many things that you should do every day in your life.In the middle of your day. probably you don’t have time to do that you have to do. That’s why you never feel something that very important and makes your life be different in another day. But here, there are some things that you should do everyday to makes your life be better.
1.     Drink Water
Drink water everdyday expecially after you wake in the morning is very important to our body because our bodies are around  60% water, give or take. It is commonly recommended to drink eight (8) glasses of water per day. For instance,water can helps to miximize physical performance, hydration has a major effect on energy levels and brain function, and then drink water also may help you to prevent and treat headaches.
2.     Wash your Face
You must wash your face in the morning and in the night because everyday  you have many activities which that makes your face look like dull and if don’t wash your face you look like ugly and don’t be exicted to do your activities
3.    Sport
Everyone must have time to do some activities that make your body be active to face your day. So you time need like 30 minutes  to do exercise in the morning  because exercise can make your body be fresh, don’t be sick, and be energic.
4.    Eat Healthy Food
You must consume some of fresh fruit and vegetables because it can help you to makes your face and your skin be fresh then to add your concentration.
5.    Stop less Phone
Everyday we are never separated from the use of technology. But we must know the effect by using technology which one the radiation of  mobile phone is very dangerous  to our brain, and can  makes our memory be low. So, try to stop use mobile phone for an hour in one day so that your brain can working effectively.
6.    Get organize your activities
Succesful people are known to be great at practicing tips on time management. Chances are, if you want to be an extremely successful professional at your chosen field, you should also learn how to organize your day effectively.
7.    Pray, Read Bible and Worship
With pray you can do all the things because to face our activities and our problem we need a big support that is we have from our God. So to recover our spirit we need time to pray , read bible and worship because without these we can’t do all the things in our life. So with pray we wish that God bless our activities in our daily life.
So,we can  makes our life be better than before if  we have a spirit to do the activities.and always give the best quality to our life.
